Mindfulness is a powerful tool to learn and practice, since it has been proved scientifically, that it can significantly reduce stress, anxiety, depression and pain and also optimize the immune system.

Mindfulness & Presence Training is for you who want to learn more about what Mindfulness and the Power of Presence is all about, both theoretically and practically and in a safe space.

We will meet online once a week for 8 weeks where we will be doing different practical mindfulness exercises and I will teach you about mindfulness and the 7 core attitudes. The course is a mixture of teachings and practical training and we will be doing exercises in every session. I will recommend that you attend all sessions if possible, but if you are not able to, the sessions are recorded and will be sent to you by e-mail.

There will be simple homework between the sessions. Be prepared to use around 30 minutes a day for optimal effect of the course.

We can train to be more in the present and we can learn to be an observer of our thoughts, instead of unconsciously reacting to them. When we are an observer of our thoughts and our senses, we are in the present moment.

As we learn to be more and more in presence, we can more easily distance ourselves from our mind's identity with our thoughts. Also we can become aware of our patterns and habits that run on automatic pilot. We can find out which patterns that serve us and which ones do not. When we practice mindfulness regularly, we learn to become more and more aware and we can learn to respond more appropriately to situations and circumstances in our lives, creating more and more peace and calm inside.

Most of us are often “in our heads” and “in our thoughts”, which either concern the past or the future. This way we are often missing out on what is actually taking place in our life, in the now - right in front of us. We are often in “doing”. We check off the to-do list.

If we are to learn to be more present and be more aware in general, we need to practice and this course is a good place to learn this.

The Mindfulness & Presence training includes:

- 8 x 1.5 hour weekly LIVE sessions, totaling 12 hours, which are recorded and sent to all participants

- A body scan audio file to train attention while getting relaxed at the same time

- Simple homework to integrate what we learn into practical measures in everyday life (about 30 minutes a day)

- A plan to create and maintain new habits that integrate more presence into your everyday life

- Bonus: One to one channeling session of 45 min. duration with Charlotte, where you can ask open-ended questions as you wish
