Mindfulness is a scientifically proven method, which can reduce stress, anxiety, depression, pain and improve your immune system.

In a few hours I can give you and your employees an overall understanding of Mindfulness and practical tools and effective exercises which you/they can use in your/their every day life, to improve health and wellbeing.

One of the positive “side effects”, of practicing mindfulness, is that you become more aware, more focused and more effective in what you do both at work and in your personal life. At the same time you will feel better.

I can visit you in your office or at another setting (though it has to be a place where there is peace and quiet) for a minimum of 4 hours. In this time span you get to feel the power of mindfulness with simple theory and easy and effective exercises that you can use both at work and at home.
